Serena Posner is a Creative Director, taking ideas from conception to execution and delivery in exciting and unexpected ways. She follows the motto that there are only two ways that things should be done: To be better, or to be different.

 

Early in her career she was given the nickname of the "Idea Factory" as she consistently brought a fresh and unique perspective to her work with brands, creators, and more. She holds a firm stance against "good enough", and affirms that anything has the potential to be truly great with the right idea and strategy behind it.

Having started at an early age in videography, video editing, and social content creation, Serena developed her craft from the ground up, gaining insight into what makes a concept, campaign, or piece of content effective and ultimately successful. As she began to see the larger picture of how this applies to different industries, she combined her content production abilities with marketing insight and strategy to take her work to new heights.
